Comment développer puis installer l’image de la première Ecole d’Europe en Chine, à Hong Kong et Singapour ? Comment parler des programmes d’HEC et des joints programmes avec les partenaires locaux (master, MBA et EMBA) sans noyer la presse sous un flot d’informations ?
Solutions
Après avoir étudié la présence et les partenariats d’HEC en Chine, à Hong Kong et à Singapour, Noir sur Blanc met en place deux axes de communication : visibilité de l’image d’HEC globale et spécificité des programmes en Chine. Elle organise la diffusion d’actualités, de classements, de recherche, la publication de Tribunes, d’opinions papers des enseignants chercheurs, des one-to-one meetings avec le doyen ou les professeurs, ainsi qu’une conférence de presse pour les grands événements en Chine.
Results
Dans ces trois régions, le nombre de retombées de presse depuis 2006 est en augmentation constante, soit une croissance de plus de 300% entre 2006 et 2011. En 2008 et 2010, Noir sur Blanc a organisé deux conférences de presse pour HEC en Chine.

Challenge
How to establish and develop the image of Europe's leading business school in China, Hong Kong and Singapore? How best to talk about HEC's programmes, their joint programmes with local partners (master, MBA and EMBA) without drowning the press with too much information?
Solutions
After having analysed the presence of HEC and its partners in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, Noir sur Blanc identified two main points on which it would communicate: the visibility of HEC's global image and the specifics of their programmes in China. This would cover the diffusion of news, rankings, research, the publication of opinion pieces by faculty, the organisation of one-to-one press meetings with the dean and professors, and press conferences for the largest events in China.
Results
In the three regions, the number of press clippings has consistently increased - by 300% between 2006 and 2011. In 2008 and 2010 the Agency organised two press conferences in China for HEC Paris.

Press relations around the event, organisation of a press conference, invitation to the event for leading media in Beijing and Shanghai, hosting journalists during the event, negotiation and partnership with leading online media.
